Amaii® BV, located at Asch van Wijckstraat 2-4 in Amersfoort, is the data controller for the processing of personal data via this website. This privacy statement explains which personal data we process, why we do so and which rights you have.

2. Which data do we process?

We process personal data that you share with us yourself, for example when you:

• Fill in the contact form (name, e-mail address, phone number and your message).
• Book a demo or introduction (name, e-mail address and company details).
• Complete the AI readiness scan (answers to the scan questions and, if you choose, your contact details).
• Send us an e-mail.

In addition, we automatically process technical data such as your IP address, browser type and pages visited, via the cookies described in our cookie statement.

3. Why do we process your data?

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

• To respond to your question or request.
• To schedule and prepare demos and introductions.
• To send you the results of the AI readiness scan.
• To improve our website and services.
• To comply with legal obligations.

4. Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of:

• Your consent: for example when you accept analytical cookies.
• Performance of a contract: when you request a demo or become a customer.
• Legitimate interest: for improving our website and services.
• Legal obligation: for example for our financial administration.

5. How long do we keep your data?

We do not keep your personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. Contact and demo requests are kept for a maximum of two years after the last contact. Data that we must keep by law, such as invoice data, is kept for the statutory retention period.

6. Do we share your data with third parties?

We only share your data with parties that are needed to provide our services, such as our hosting provider, e-mail provider and analytics tools. We sign data processing agreements with these parties where required.

We never sell your data to third parties. Data is only processed outside the European Economic Area if appropriate safeguards are in place.

7. How do we protect your data?

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. This includes encrypted connections, access control and keeping our systems up to date.
